Week 7 Term 4
Kia Ora whanau, trust you are all well. Nga mihi atu to many of you who are learning from home. Great to see you attempting a variety of independent learning tasks. I encourage you to continue collaborating and interact with your peers as much as possible during these shared mahi.
On-site learning has been great fun for a number who have returned. Our hauora is foremost and students are making the most of beautiful weather in outdoor integrated curriculum activities. Many appreciate the opportunity to reconnect and interact with their peers over a game of soccer, hide-n-seek, dodgeball and many more.
Our plane-dart golf proved popular with many who made many modifications to their plane dart to improve distance and air-time. The olive tree (middle & right) and totara (partial left) in the image below is the last station of our plane-dart golf. I must say, we are fortunate to have a mixture of natives and fruit trees on our school ground. Part of out golf activity extends onto some research whilst enjoying the competitive spirits all round. Do join our virtual collaboration - add your own slide and contribute.
Continue to submit tasks you've attempted but before you do, please proofread or share with a peer for review. There's plenty of self-directed learning activities to choose from and if you find something else interesting, feel free to explore these areas of interest and remember to blog your progress.
